Serica Advisory Partners Limited takes its name from the ancient Greco-Roman word for China — the civilisation that gave the world the Silk Road, the greatest trading network in human history.

We honour that legacy by doing what the Silk Road did: connecting two worlds for mutual prosperity.

Founded in Lagos, Nigeria, Serica is built around a team of four principals who collectively bring deep Nigerian government, financial sector, and business networks together with native Mandarin-language capability and direct relationships within China's enterprise community.

We are anchored in Nigeria — Africa's largest economy and China's most significant trading partner on the continent. Our reach extends across Africa, serving Chinese enterprises and African institutions wherever the opportunity calls.

We do not operate as brokers. We do not take commissions from third parties. We represent our clients — and our clients alone.
